For those that care: My original question was about a YouTube video I saw where some dude was making “Homemade Cream Cheese”

All he did was make Ricotta then blend it with butter and salt until smooth.

I asked AI if that was legit Cream Cheese, and it said “Kind of, but not really”.

So I asked it to compare using that in a cheesecake vs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and it gave me like a 14 page response….
