Amazon Games Support

My first time having to contact Amazon Games for support has been going horribly bad.

The issue is still not resolved, and I have yet to hear anything back from the support folks…

Radio silence……

My biggest issue with this whole thing, is that this game costs $60. If it was Free to Play, I could put up with shitty support…. but you took my $60… your game is fucking me… and you dont care?!?!

Also, why is every support person different, even when the conversation is like minutes between messages? No wonder support sucks ass!! Narwhal has no idea what Mujafa did 2 minutes ago…

Fix it, or refund my $60 – that simple Amazon.

Stick to selling Chinese products – you suck at video games!
