Im sure it is - but until someone dies from it, it's a legit product!
I have the same heater. I started using it in the house to quickly warm it up. It worked great. one problem though: It is not intended for that use. It is intended to be in a well vented area like a construction site. be careful of carbonmonoxide poisining.
