WHY THE FUCK IS THERE EVEN A DOOR ON THE FUCKING HEATER?
Is it like a game?
When I go to the wall mount thermostat, is there going to be a note that says, "Temperature controlled by Front Desk, please dial '0'."?

I just found your website after going to my computer and Googling in FUCK the IRS!!!! as a reaction to the letter I just recieved that explained that this is not my tax refund as I was expecting but an explanation of why the IRS has financially ass raped me.FUCK!!!!!
If it's so hard for you to give them money, why is it so easy to take mine?
I can tell from reading your post the fun in dealing with them has only begun.
